Item description:

This band has been crafted out of a thick leather and has been dyed
an off white color. Several short straps hang from each end of the
band for use in securing it to ones wrist. On the front surface of
the band is an etching of a snarling rat, which is a symbol normally
used by the Elborat shore patrol.
