This band is in two interlocking pieces, held together with two large
pins that allow it to come apart and be removed.  It is the dirty black
color of arjale, and appears to be heavily enchanted.  It looks like it
would be just large enough to go around your neck, or if you were a
larger creature perhaps a claw arm.
