This lightweight chestplate is a product of the masterful skill of the
dragon elves. It is made up of interlocking rings that seem to be a mix of
obsidian and some other strange metal. In the center is a flat piece of
metal covered in runes that glow a bright silver. It would provide a level
of protection seldom seen in light armours.
