Item description:

This device consists of a pair of iron pillars, mounted on pistoning arms
driven by a steam engine. The pillars and engine and mounted in a brass
frame, with engine slung between the pillars. An enterprising individual
could ride atop the contraption, if they were willing to wedge their legs
into the frame on either side of the engine. The steam is shunted out
behind the engine, and it stays relatively cool.
