These leggings are made up of interlocking rings that seem to be a mix of
obsidian and some other strange metal. Covering the front of the shin is a
flat piece of metal engraved with runes that seem to be glowing a bright
silver. These magical leggings are just another proof of the masterful skill
of the dragon elves.
