A belt made from the skin of a dragon said to have been a lightning dragon.
It's said to give the user protection from lightning and breath attacks.
Attached to the belt is a black sheath made of a heavy leather. Both the belt
and sheath were well crafted to withstand rough usage. Giving one the feeling
the previous owner must have been a very strong warrior.
