Item description:

The uprooted vine has a bark-like husk with dozens of thin, pliable
tendrils, placed at irregular intervals.  It is vaguely reminscent of a
grape vine, except there is no visible fruit and the tendrils are clumped
in clusters.  The whole of it uniformly flat green.
