It has recently come to my attention that we have a security problem within
the fortress. It seems that spys have been summoning others in, out of view
of the sentries. Since we have insufficient manpower to investigate each of
these incidents individually, I propose that the magical protections
surrounding the fortress grounds and the farms be increased.  If you all
agree, then Laren should call the High Priests together to begin the rituals.
