The tabi boots are a simple pair of black, split-toed boots with rows of
straw along the soles for silence.  Lightweight and comfortable they allow
freedom of movement and maximum stealth.  A slight enchantment has been
placed upon these boots to speed up the wearer so that he may slip in an
unseen kick.
