Made of vulcanized rubber, this tire looks like it has seen better days.  Its
got holes in the sidewall that were apparently made from a knife, and looks
like some glowing green algae and moss have taken up residence inside.  Looks
like it has been out in the weather long enough that it is actually starting
to rot - and boy does it smell.
