Use the butchering knife on a freshly killed sheep to butcher and skin it, by using the "use knife corpse" command


Item description:

The knife has a wickedly curved blade, extending below the hilt in a way
that when it is wielded the sharpened edge of the knife would be pointing
down. The hilt is plain, there are no ornamentations on it whatsoever. What
is odd though is when the blade cuts something it doesn't seem to have any
blood on it, the steel blade's surface polished to a mirror-finish.
