FIRST NACHTSBURG NATIVE JOINS COMBINE MILITARY

[Natchsburg]-Johann VonLucklier, 25, has made history by becoming the first
native Natchsburger to join the armed forces of the Naginag Combine.  The
young man even caught the eye of General Yuriyuki Thief-taker, who
interviewed him briefly before he was officially recruited into the Eighth
Legion.  He is currently serving a five year contract.
	Johann is the son of Zachariah(deceased) and Olivia.  He is the
oldest of four children, having two brothers and one sister.  His brothers,
named Zachariah Jr., 24, and Polliwak, 22, are journeyman and apprentice
carpenters, respectively.  His sister, Hollihand, is 18 and works as a
server at the Grunting Troll Tavern.

COMBINE PUTS DOWN REBELLION AT K'TIN LAKE

[K'tinrooj]-In a daring raid last week, the Naginag Combine struck a major
blow against the rebellious factions mustered around K'tin Lake. The First,
Sixth and Seventh Legions participated in the fearsome battle that slew
dozens of rebels and forced them to retreat from their lakeside encampments.
Combine casualties were few.  Mohammed Abdul Alhazared, General of the
Seventh Legion, reported that the battle was a decisive victory for the
Naginag Combine and that the rebels would soon be stamped out.
