This odd device is composed of small tubes of purplish metal, all bent and
connected back on each other. A sturdy copper wire is attached to the
device. When it is swung overhead, the pipes catch the air and make an
eerie buzzing that changes in pitch and intensity with the wielder's raw
will as they channel mana through the wire.
