Step one: You need to know the skill 'brew potion'. You need at least twelve
mage levels to learn it.

Step two: You need a liquid container, and at least two spell components, or
food items.

Step three: You can either type 'brew potion inventory' or 'brew potion
<object list>', where the object list are the spell components or food that
you are either carrying, or are on the ground.

And that's it! Now you can identify your liquid container to see what kind of
potion you brewed. A few tips, however: The number of effects present on the
potion brewed is determined by the number of ingredients used. If a large
number of ingredients are used and the container is large enough, multiple
doses of the potion may be brewed at once. Keep in mind though, that potions
will eventually go bad, losing effectiveness and eventually becoming utterly
useless. If your potion spoils or has undesirable effects, just empty it.
