Item description:

This shield has an air of age about it, not from its condition, it just..
seems old.  The outside surface is a polished porcelain overlaying the metal,
with a intricate coat of arms emblazoned in the center.  The coat of arms 
consists of the profiled silhouette of a silver dragon half turned and
backlit by a ghostly moon, all beset on a shield of like semblance to this
one.  Below it all are the words: 'Glory Through Battle, Honour Through Deed,
Justice Through Skill.'
