Item description:

A beautifully crafted horn made from a large convoluted spiral shell.  A
small hole has been bored in it close to the center of the spiral for the
user to blow into.  The sound then propogates outward through the horn, each
turn of the spiral amplifying the sound, until an ear shattering note blasts
out of the horn.
