Item description:

Carefully constructed, this instrument is made from the chestnut tree.  The
finish on the wood seems to have worn and now shows places where the
delicate carving of notes have worn off.  The strings seem to be made of
fine-spun steel cords. It has a shoulder strap so it can be worn
comfortably by the musician playing it.
