Item description:

This flanged rod is about as long as a man's arm. Mounted to the head is
houndstooth stone - an opaque stone colored with rough black and white
chevrons that resemble the pattern of houndstooth tweed. Stamped into the
bottom of the rod is the crest of the Rubicon Principality: a crown over a
dagger next to a book over a castle.
