Item description:

This is a simple necklace several feet in length and made to wrap around ones
neck. What looked like beads at first glance, now turn out to be human teeth
and eyeballs. It looks as if the eyeballs were dried out and then with the
teeth threaded onto leather cord and made into this necklace.
