This belt has been made out of a very strange looking material. It is a
jet black in color with a red buckle crafted into the shape of a ghost,
the buckle can be used to adjust the size of the belt. The belt tingles
in your hand and on occasion it seems to vanish from view for a few
seconds and then reappears.
