Rather than a metal bracelet, this one is carved from what seems to be a
single piece of the precious stone.  It forms a semicircle, with a gap just
big enough to slide your wrist through (with a little work.)  Bands of silver
line the edges, and runes carved into the inner and outer surfaces also have
the reflective glow of silver.
