Below is a recipe for curing the hiccups.

Once you find the proper ingredients you will need to find a herbalist to prepare it.
The first thing you need is a scale from a wyvren.
The color and shape of the scale do not matter.
They are said to be a treasured item of the dragon elves.
A herbalist will magically crush the scale into a fine powder.
