Item description:

These knee-high boots appear to be well worn, made out of a leather so
soft that they would be useless if one were to try to use them as a
weapon. The leather has been dyed a crimson red and etched into the side
of each boot are several runes in a very old script. The boots are
surrounded by a soft glow that seems to be emitting from the runes.
