Item description:

This belt is made out of several mithril plates attached together by
leather strips. It should provide decent protection and it looks as if
someone has engraved various runes across the front surface of each plate.
Most of the belt is covered in splatters of blood and overall it looks as
if it hasn't been properly cared for.
