Item description:

This heavy headpiece of a thick circular band with numerous
protrusions. It was forged from platinum. The metal is brilliant
silvery white in appearance. It is adorned with the image of a throne.
It has been set with a bloodstone cabochon. The hard green stone bears
red flecks that vaguely resemble blood spots.
