Item description:

A beautifully crafted horn made from a large convoluted spiral shell.  A
small hole has been bored in it close to the center of the spiral for the
user to blow into.  The sound then drifts outward through the horn, each
turn of the spiral adding to it and finally coming from the end with a
sound so enchanting and unlike anything you have ever heard before.
