This three foot belt has been made out of some of the finest of jet
black leather. The quality of the silver and the craftsmanship put into
the fist-shaped belt buckle is of a kind you have rarely seen. Runes of
power that have been engraved into the buckle appear to be emitting a
greenish-blue glow.
