Item description:

This collar has been crafted out of a jet black metal with a glowing red
gem inset into its front. The gem has a single rune carved into its surface
that looks to be the dwarvish rune for stamina. The collar slips on and off
with ease and why the slaves don't just remove them is a mystery.
