Item description:

This orb larger than a human fist. It is made from solid amber, and
polished to a mirror finish. There are many small inclusions, clefts and
defects visible within the amber, though different ones seem to appear and
disappear as the orb is viewed from different angles. It thrums with a
subtle but strong magical power.
