These floppy boots are nothing really more than dense mithril mesh, with very
soft leather linings to keep your feet warm.  The delicate looking clasps are
also mithril and are suprisingly strong and sturdy.  Additionally, it needs
no laces as the clasps hook into the mesh as needed to get whatever tension
you need. They look like they were specially made for someone, but don't seem
like the kind of armor that a knight would wear unless it were heavily
enchanted.  Speaking of which, the faint sparks you see when you flex the
mesh don't seem to just be a trick of the light...
