Item description:

Several pieces of barbed wire have been braided together to make a single
thick whip. The end is frayed to allow more damage to be done by the
individual strands, and the handle is a piece of wood.  The wire is held
attached to the wooden handle by two metal bolts going through the braid just
before and after the handle ends.
