Item description:

This is a slightly curved shield, about three feet in length. It is a solid
sheet of sturdy steel, and is rectangular in shape. There are strong
leather straps with buckles on the back of the shield for the purpose of
attaching to one's arm. There is a design engraved on the front of the
shield, but it is impossible to make out what it is with all the rotten,
decaying flesh covering the whole shield. It smells bad, but could still
provide good protection to the right person.
