These socks have been knitted out of a thick white fibrous wool. They are
extremely thick and would fend off even the most intense cold, yet they are
light enough so as to allow the wearer's feet to breathe and sweat. The
knitter has added a patch of blue material, stitched into each sock in the
shape of a rune, adding to the socks' insulating abilities.
