Item description:

This helm is cone shaped and made of heavy steel. The back of the helm
flares a little at the base, while the front has a short visor. There is a
simple leather strap which can be buckled under the chin during melee
combat. Thick padding covers the inside of the helm. Far from being shiny,
though, this helm is covered in bits of smelly, rotten, diseased flesh.
