Item description:

The is a short, rod with what looks like flames painted all
around it.  It is wide at the base and narrows throughout its
length.  The fire is white at the base, then turns yellow,
then orange, and finally red at the thin, pointy tip.  A
hissing sound continually emits from the tip of the rod.
