Item description:

An evil looking weapon with long strands of blackened leather and tarnished
spikes trailing from a long handle. It has been scorched by some great heat
and in places the leather has begun to tear apart. The base of the handle has
been decorated with a small silver skull and inset ruby eyes. All who fall
beneath its pestilent lash shall feel the agony it was created for.
