Item description:

This ball is roughly the size of your fist, though its boundaries waver as
the energy inside swirls about.  It seems to be able to contain a large
amount of magical energy, but as you experiment with it, you notice that
you cant quite seem to get as much mana out of it as you put into it. Hmm,
maybe the ball is charging you interest?  More likely that a small fraction
of the magic that the ball contains must be used to maintain integrity of
the orb.
