Item description:

Only half of this mask is still in one piece, the rest might have been
cut away or just broke off. It looks to have been made out of steel,
painted purple and then had a horn attached to the center of the
forehead. On the inner side of the mask appear to be several strange
runes that glow softly, but since they are on the inside the glow seems
to fade when the mask is worn.
