Item description:

A small platinum band holds a large, flat disc made of pine.  The image
carved into the disc depicts a fasces surrounded by laurel branches.  A
single letter, 'F', has been printed below the helve of the fasces.  The
wood has been stained and sealed to protect it from wear.
