This is a square slab of stone approximately half an inch thick, and 1 foot
square.  The black surface would be perfect for taking chalk lines, but
before you start scribbling away, you realize there are faint gold letters
if you stare long enough.  As you continue to stare, you realize this is a
scroll and a powerful one at that.  Better keep this clean and safe.
