Item description:

It's a long, flowing cape made of interlaced black feathers.  The feathers
have been treated with a perserving agent, giving them a glossy finish.  A
bit of grayish on the underside of the cape binds it together.  The gold trim
around the edges of the cape is a thin metal cord, perhaps gold itself.
