Item description:

A touch of the hilt causes an instant warmth to fill the palm of the
wielder. A powerful mist seems to curl out from the crossguard, slowly
solidifying into a durable and sharpened blade that extends about two feet.
Tendrils of blue tinted static seem to coil about the sword's edge, causing
a quiet crackle to emit from the weapon every few seconds. Due to these
tiny sparks that jump from the blade, a mysterious fog emanates from it,
coupled with frequent tints of blue.
