Item description:

This bracer is made of a brilliant white bone. It is in the same shape as a
bangle, and could be worn on either the wrist or the ankle. It is
beautifully decorated with silver and turquoise and other small stones. A
small flat disc is imbedded in the center of the bracer with a crescent
moon laid under a piece of glass. During a full moon, upon being worn, the
bracer will absorb a small portion of the moon's energy.
