Item description:

This finely crafted headband has been made mostly out of jade. Gentle
swirls of obsidian course through the jade, almost giving it extra
dimensions.  Carvings of small skulls carefully encrusted with silver are
etched on the outside of the headband.  The inside looks to have been
polished and gently padded, so as not to cause the wearer any discomfort.
