Item description:

This is the frozen tentacle of some giant, unknown creature.  Presumably the
ice spells upon it are to prevent it from decaying.  Its about 4 feet long,
and  is quite heavy and cumbersome.  However, the suction cups that cover the
 underside of the whip are lined with hard chinton, and would do considerable
damage if one were to start beating on someone with it...
