Item description:

This whip is about four feet in length, and constructed of tightly braided
strips of leather. On one end is a ten-inch simple bone handle with the
large knob of a joint on its butt end. At the business end of the whip the
strands have been let loose out of the braid, and sharp bone shards have
been attached to each strand.
