Item description:

This is a twenty inch dagger that appears to have a sharp, twelve inch
blade. It has been carefully crafted from black obsidian, and an orc skull
has been carved into the base of the blade. The dagger is fairly narrow,
and just the right length to reach an enemy's heart, either under the ribs
or between them.
