Item description:

It has a foot long blade that is crystal clear, and has a slightly bluish
tint.  The hilt is a solid, semi-transparent piece of white crystal, and
a silvery guard separates the blade from your hand.  Without thinking, you
touch the blade, and instantly the tip of your finger freezes.  A heavy
enchantment seems to hover around the blade, hungry for any heat it can
find.
