This is a two foot bag constructed with thick fabric and a sturdy strap
to hang over someone's head and on the neck and shoulder. It is long
enough to hold scrolls, books, and other such items, along with the
envelopes and catalogues that it usually holds. Even though it can't hold
large items, it is quite bulky and can hold 700 pounds worth of items.
Stiched in block letters on the side of the bag are the words, 'Go postal
or don't go at all.'
