Item description:

This cloak is a blood red color made from a velvet material. It conforms to
the shape of the person wearing it. It flutters slightly whenever the
wearer moves. Streaks of dim red light are shot through the cloak, and you
feel a faint tingle of power as you touch the glowing threads.
